• Check out time is 12:00 PM (afternoon). A grace period of upto 2 hours can be
provided at the maximum. Thereafter, the guest would have to pay 50% of the
room tarrif if he wishes to stay for a few extra hours. Alternatively, the guest can
keep his luggage in our office for a couple of hours for which we would not charge
the guest.
• Upfront payment of 50% or 2 days rent, whichever is higher will have to be paid to
reserve your room.
• The balance payment in total has to be made at the time of checking in after you
have inspected your room. We accept cash or at par cheques. Credit / Debit cards
are not accepted. Please ensure that you have the balance payment ready at the
time of arrival.

• A photo identity will have to be shown at the time of checking in. You may show
your passport, driving licence or voters identity card as an identity proof. You will
need to fill up the Police Verification form at the office prior to us handing over the
keys to you. |
